Bograč is a goulash-like dish typical of Prekmurje.
The ingredients are pork, beef, venison, and potatoes, and for seasoning, onions, garlic, paprika and salt. It differs from other goulash mainly because it consists of at least three types of meat, and the potatoes are cooked in the goulash, not separately.

Štruklji is a traditional Slovenian dish. They were mainly prepared for major joint work and holidays.
The first štrukli were made only from the pulled dough. They were made from white flour, later also from buckwheat. Today, they are also prepared from leavened puff pastry, noodles and potato dough. Štruklje can be cooked in salted dill or soup, steamed, baked or fried.

In the Dumpling mix, you will get five different tastes. Chocolate and orange, walnut, cottage chees, tarragon and blueberry.

We do not offer salads in the mountain huts, as we are far from settlements, farmers and shops, and we do not drive to the valley daily. We can also be cut off from the world for almost half a year when the road is closed due to snow, and we can usually only be reached on foot. We still miss salads, so beetroot is always on the menu.
