As we slowly prepare for the new season and polish the last little things around and in the cabin, we also stopped to consider the speed of our internet. Some team members who work and live in the hut during the season also have a life down there in the valley. And with life come friends, partners, and children with whom they want to stay connected. We, of course, understand that. However, unfortunately, our mountain hut is in an otherwise beautiful place, surrounded by mountains from all sides, and therefore with a magical, if not the most beautiful, view of Vršič and Prisank. But it also has its disadvantage, mainly expressed by poor internet and mobile signals and, logically, slow internet.

A lot of forbidden fruit gets eaten.

We admit that we are not fans of satellites and human indulgence. We still claim that at night in the garden, we would instead look at the stars than at satellites. But if satellites are already in the sky anyway, and we can pamper our colleagues and guests simultaneously, we will count this as a double victory. From now on, you will be satisfied with the connection speed to the world wide web during our visit.
